Reporting into the Customer Engagement Director within the automotive sector, The ideal candidate must be a graduate with 5 years experience within customer services and with the support of a small team, Be responsible and take ownership of renewing and growing sales for assigned automotive customers, with clear targets for sales and gross margin aligned to our corporate growth strategy. You’ll lead the delivery of our Customer Engagement System, developing strategic account plans and managing governance processes to ensure exceptional service throughout the contract lifecycle.
