Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse personal injury caseload including:
- Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), both portal and non-portal cases
- Employer's Liability (EL) claims, including workplace accidents and health and safety breaches
- Public Liability (PL) and Occupiers' Liability (OL) claims, such as slips, trips, and falls
- Occasional Clinical Negligence matters, including misdiagnosis and surgical errors
- Claim Forms and Particulars of Claim
- Defences and Replies to Defence
- Part 8 claims for infant approvals or interim payments
- Application notices, witness statements, directions questionnaires, and disclosure lists
