Reporting into the Process Leader you will be responsible for the management of the line in the absence of the Process Leader, and also be responsible for the food safety and quality of the product(s) you produce in line with customer specification and exceptional quality standards to assist in the delivery of production plans to achieve all manufacturing and product quality targets.
Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00
Pay : £13.35 per hour
Duties Include:

Documenting the time line of safety and quality checks to confirm with legislation and customer requirements.

Ensuring Line / Area operating within adheres to food safety and quality requirements of our customers and reporting non-conformances where applicable.

Ensuing right ingredients, product, labels and packaging are ready for production / packing and the integrity of the products being delivered to line comply with requirements.

Recording data accurately, concisely with honesty.

Ensuring the quality of the product on the line is checked at consistent intervals and coaching fellow work colleagues on how to achieve right first-time conformance.

Ensure MI is consistent, honest, open, routinely reviewed.

3+ years’ experience of food production experience, with an eye for detail in a fast paced food production operation.
