Your Role:
- Set up & operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision parts.
- Check accuracy of parts using various measurement tools to ensure they meet engineering drawings.
- Adjust offsets to correct any errors and maintain high-quality standards.
- Work closely with the pre-setter to ensure correct tooling setup.
- Inspect first-off parts and collaborate with your team on inspections.
- Maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and support operational efficiency.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Experience with CNC turning and milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Aerospace experience is a plus.
- Apprenticeship-qualified or similar experience in CNC machining.
