An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within a large and complex organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality analytical insights to support performance, demand management, and organisational change. This role requires a strong understanding of advanced analytical methods, including statistical analysis, data modelling, and business intelligence technologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

Essential criteria:

  • Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate qualification in business intelligence or a relevant specialism.
