Job Description: Electrical Supervisor (Wirral) Company Overview: We are a recruitment agency working on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor based in the Wirral. They are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and lead their electrical teams on a variety of projects. Requirements: * ECS Gold Card required (Electrical Supervisor or Electrician Certification Scheme). * Proven experience as an Electrician with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in schools, hospitals, universities, and commercial buildings. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations (18th Edition), and health and safety standards. * Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of electricians. * Solid problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. * Exceptional communication and organizational skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members. * Ability to work independently and under pressure while ensuring high-quality work and safety standards are maintained. * Full UK driving license, as the role involves driving the company van to various sites across Wirral and surrounding areas.
