Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the production of technical design and construction information across all RIBA stages
- Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate design input from consultants and manage information flow
- Conduct site visits, monitor works, and support contract administration
- Contribute to planning submissions, feasibility studies, and technical reports
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with relevant UK industry experience
- Proven technical expertise, particularly in the education or healthcare sectors
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
