As an AC Engineer, you will:

  • Identify and manage risks associated with on-site equipment, including critical spares.

  • Enhance equipment performance and manage environmental conditions via the BMS system.

  • Implement and improve the preventative maintenance program.

  • Utilise new equipment and technologies to maintain a comfortable working environment.

  • Liaise with clients regarding reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.

  • Perform fault-finding on various HVAC equipment, with a focus on Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems.

  • Provide electrical and mechanical expertise for the maintenance team.

  • Collaborate with the on-site Supervisor and Account Manager to address any building service issues confidently and accurately.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (flexibility required)

  • Overtime: Available
