As an AC Engineer, you will:

Identify and manage risks associated with on-site equipment, including critical spares.

Enhance equipment performance and manage environmental conditions via the BMS system.

Implement and improve the preventative maintenance program.

Utilise new equipment and technologies to maintain a comfortable working environment.

Liaise with clients regarding reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.

Perform fault-finding on various HVAC equipment, with a focus on Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems.

Provide electrical and mechanical expertise for the maintenance team.

Collaborate with the on-site Supervisor and Account Manager to address any building service issues confidently and accurately.
