Insurance Litigation Solicitor - Bristol

We are seeking an experienced insurance litigation solicitor to join a leading insurance litigation firm in Bristol. This insurance solicitor will be joining the team as a senior associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex civil and commercial litigation cases within the insurance sector nationally.

Role: As the successful insurance litigation solicitor, you will specialise in property and casualty litigation work. Managing a caseload of high value subrogated recovery claims, occasionally including liability claims. Supervision of junior solicitors in the team. Working domestically and internationally, you will be working on high value and high profile claims. You will be advising clients on complex coverage matters to include claims under the Insurance Act 2015 and CIDRA 2012. Managing a caseload from inception to completion to include trials and mediations.

Qualifications: You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE with a specialism in property insurance, including subrogated recovery experience. Gained experience from a reputable insurance practice, ideally with insurer clients. Committed to business development to further grow the practice.
