Production Manager

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Production Manager on behalf of our client based in Preston, PR2 area. Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget. * Oversee production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet deadlines. * Manage production staff including training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards. * Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance teams. * Analyse production data and prepare regular reports for senior management. * Maintain inventory of materials and finished products. * Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process.
