NetSuite System Administrator Opportunity – West Midlands
I’m working exclusively with one of my long-standing clients, a rapidly growing, innovative manufacturer, to help them find their next NetSuite System Administrator. If you’re someone who loves getting stuck into system optimisation, solving technical challenges, and empowering users, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be joining a high-performing Group Systems team and reporting directly to the Head of Group Systems. Based at their HQ in the West Midlands, this role plays a key part in supporting their international operations by ensuring NetSuite runs smoothly across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a key contact for 1st and 2nd line NetSuite support – keeping users productive and confident in the system.
- Partnering closely with end users to ensure they get the most out of NetSuite.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Creating saved searches and reports to deliver real-time business intelligence.
- Building and maintaining custom workflows to streamline operations.
- Working with software providers to optimise integrations and performance.
- Contributing to a wide range of NetSuite projects across the business.
- Using your customisation skills to enhance and tailor NetSuite processes.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Strong experience in a similar IT/System Admin role.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience is a must, including saved searches, workflows, and customisations.
- Experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of core business processes, ideally within sales & distribution.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly.
- Strong Excel skills and a logical, problem-solving mindset.
