A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a busy and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting fee earners with a range of Private Client matters and be trusted with a high level of responsibility from day one.

  • Assist with the preparation of Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration matters
  • Draft legal documentation under supervision
  • Liaise with clients, providing clear updates and information
  • Manage diaries, appointments and document filing
  • Assist with the preparation of bundles and other paperwork
  • Conduct legal research and support fee earners in complex matters
  • Handle general administration related to client files
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records using the firm’s case management system

The ideal candidate will be an organised and confident individual with experience in a Private Client team.

  • Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Private Client law
  • Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and estate administration processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident dealing with clients in sensitive or emotional situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
  • Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work well under pressure
  • A friendly, team-focused attitude
