We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing function. In this role, you will provide dedicated focus and support for Oxford Globalβs soon to be launched digital platforms, with an emphasis on creating campaigns and messaging that promote the platforms and drive engagement in the content. You will work alongside our Editorial Team and broader Marketing team to ensure that plans and activities align with annual content calendars and deliverables as well as channel schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
- Campaign planning for digital platform launch, followed by responsibility for the monthly thematic approach.
- Copy creation for multiple channels, including newsletters, social media, and paid media.
- Working with Design to ensure creatives and messaging are optimally placed to drive engagement.
- Managing and executing emails, posts, social media, and paid media for the campaigns you are responsible for running.
- Connecting with broader teams and plans to ensure that the platform is promoted and cross-referenced wherever appropriate.
- Focusing on introducing greater volumes of video and moving image to our content formats and distribution.
- Interviewing speakers, content contributors, and industry leaders.
- Bringing creativity and ideas to the role.

- Audience Nurturing: Continuous engagement through email and social channels.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Adjusting strategy based on engagement metrics.
- Quarterly Review & Strategy Updates: Optimising messaging based on performance analytics.
Indicative success metrics:
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Growth in email list sign-ups.
- Social Media Metrics: Follower growth, shares, and engagement rates.
- Content Performance: Views, downloads, and webinar attendance.
- Website Traffic & Engagement: Unique visitors, session duration, bounce rates.
- Engagement of monthly thought leadership discussions.
We are looking for someone with:
- A self-starter attitude, adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable skills in digital marketing, copy creation, and creating campaigns and messaging to drive engagement.
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot is a benefit).
- Experience of working in a matrix, with excellent stakeholder management.
- B2B events experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
More about the role:
- Salary: Β£35,000 - Β£42,000 per annum.
- Location: All our roles are hybrid (a mix of remote and in office). Our offices are located on the Botley Road in Oxford, with shops/restaurants within walking distance and easy access into Oxford City Centre.
- Job Type: Full time (37.5 hours a week).
