Responsibilities:

Setting and Executing the Strategy for the Department:

• Setting the strategy for the department & executing the same

People Management & Development:

• Managing and overseeing team performance through performance planning, coaching and performance appraisals

Improving the efficiency of the current operation:

• Building strong relationships with leaders across the organisation and group companies

Relationship Management with Insurance market:

• Building relationships with insurance companies or brokers
• Managing and maintaining those relationships with insurance companies and brokers

Candidate Profile:

• Significant experience working at a senior level in a multinational corporation
• Expertise across a wide range of insurance lines (Property & Cat, Marine Cargo, Credit, Construction, Aviation, Energy etc)
• Experience managing & developing a team
