We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established financial services business that’s looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to capital and liquidity reporting, prudential regulation, and senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be responsible for preparing key prudential reports, supporting internal governance processes, and contributing to the interpretation of regulatory change.
- Your work will ensure accuracy and compliance with PRA and Bank of England requirements, while also helping to develop robust controls and insights across the balance sheet.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly LCR and PRA110 reports and quarterly COREP returns
- Support the production of Bank of England and PRA regulatory submissions
- Contribute to the Group’s annual Pillar 3 disclosures and regulatory updates
- Assist with ICAAP and ILAAP preparation and internal governance reporting
- Help enhance controls, systems, and data processes for accurate reporting
- Monitor and assess changes to regulatory requirements and provide analysis
- Work with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, and Finance
What we’re looking for
- Experience preparing PRA and COREP regulatory reports
- Exposure to prudential regulation including ICAAP, ILAAP and RRP
- Familiarity with VERMEG or similar reporting tools
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulation clearly
- Collaborative mindset and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
