CORPORATE TAX LAW: NQ and 2-4PQE Looking to work for an award winning tax practice? Looking for a role which will define your CV? Our premier international firm is seeking 2 ambitious tax lawyers; one at the NQ level and the other with between 2-4 pqe . The work is multi-jurisdictional, sophisticated and engaging and includes: Corporate Tax: M&A, IPOs, demergers, restructurings, JVs. Real Estate: covering all RE activity, acting for developers, institutional investors, lenders and fund managers. Finance/Restructuring: including corporate equity and debt‑based work, innovative solutions for restructuring and refinancing corporate debt. Tax Disputes: large scale/multi-faceted tax disputes The role offers Excellent high quality work. A non-siloed practice Impressive training programme Fantastic mentoring You should be a tax lawyer with excellent academics and training/experience from a well respected tax team. The partners are keen to consider lawyers from the City as well as from Dublin and Tier 1 tax practices in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol
