Are you an experienced Commercial Jets Account Manager looking for a busy and varied role that allows you to utilise your range of sales and broking skills within a close-knit team? If so, apply now as we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Gatwick / London office on a hybrid model. You will be responsible for delivering revenue and profitability in accordance with your agreed targets and maintaining high earning accounts.
To be effective in this role you will need to demonstrate proven proactive sales ability, passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, smart procurement techniques, creative presentation of offers, insightful closing techniques and robust administration with the flight planning arrangements.
Accountabilities- Achieving targets set for each financial year
- Assisting the Manager with implementing and progressing the Departmental strategy
- Providing support to the team in all aspects of day to day trading
- Maintenance and growth of existing commercial jets client base
- Providing a best-in-class customer experience
- Research relevant industry data to create new sales leads and opportunities
- Building new business for Air Partner in a competitive market
- Managing and maintaining high service levels on demanding accounts
- Occasional out of hours work and contractability often in pressured, time sensitive situations
- Manage, support and mentor any junior team members
- Assist with departmental growth β recruitment, induction, onboarding and training of new team members
- Previous proven experience in a broking role
- Good understanding of changing markets both in operators and clients
- Customer focused with good people skills and the ability to form relationships with key individuals
- Ability to anticipate and out manoeuvre rivals in competitive tenders
- Ability to generate consistent GP for the company and meet challenging targets
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met
- Numerate, efficient and accurate
- Must be competitive, highly motivated and hungry to win business
