NonStop’s client, based in the South West, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and train foster carers
- Manage a caseload in the Somerset area
- Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
