We are working exclusively with a Global Brand Activation Agency to find their next superstar Head of Internal Communications . You will be leading strategies to drive initiatives designing to elevate and enhance employee engagement across the global business. You will be driving performance, supporting transformation and change initiatives and developing strategies for the group-wide collaboration. They are looking for someone to think of the here and now and the future of communications being put out across the business. This pivotal role will help in designing, developing, executing and refining a comprehensive, global communications strategy that creates alignment, transparency and a unified collaborative organisational culture. Responsibilities Design and develop the global internal communications strategy Build and execute on plans for effective tracking, measurement and analysis of internal communications strategy performance. Developing a progressive, measurable intranet strategy leveraging all available internal communications platforms and channels. Define and manage the company’s internal presence. Work in collaboration with the group management board and relevant senior leadership on the planning, organisation and orchestration of bi-annual global town halls. Working with the chief client officer and senior leadership community, lead on the planning, organisation and orchestration of quarterly global community village-halls. Focus on developing and managing a global content and communications strategy as a part of the overarching internal communications strategy to improve engagement rates across channels. Take ownership and responsibility for the correct implementation of the visual brand and brand tone of voice in all internal communication outputs. Working with the global marketing team, take ownership of the management, curation, creation and delivery of our internal quarterly business newsletter. Coordinating, curating, creating and delivering key content documents such as the monthly senior leadership bulletin/briefing, weekly business updates, global town hall and village hall content decks to enable information cascade across the business. To enhance and socialise effective content for the induction of new employees. Increase engagement and participation in internal communications. Work with the wider client, services, insights sales and marketing team to identify, collate and make available high-quality content to support clarity of proposition and highlight our strengths To proactively create and manage a content and campaign schedule/calendar, including effective creative briefing, writing, design approvals, internal stakeholder management and the allocation of internal team resource. To work with the wider global marketing team to distribute and circulate relevant external marketing content effectively to internal audiences. Knowledge and Experience Solid experience working in internal communications and marketing. Strong senior leadership credentials. Strategic marketing thinker who can execute and deliver on plans and expectations at pace. Very passionate about the power of internal communications in driving culture of collaboration. Commercially minded with an understanding of how internal communications supports the wider commercial performance and business growth. Excellent communication skills. Confident and resourceful with a can-do attitude. Calm under pressure with the adaptability and ability to juggle multiple projects. Creative thinker with great writing skills.
