Help students build confidence, skills, and career readiness. We’re hiring an Instructional Designer to create powerful learning experiences that inspire and support students in their early careers. You’ll lead the development of digital and live content—from e-learning and video to webinars and workshops—focused on skills, confidence, and employability.

What you’ll do:

  • Design accessible, engaging learning content for Gen Z students.
  • Lead a flagship programme helping students succeed in the world of work.
  • Work with subject matter experts to turn complex info into learner-friendly content.
  • Use models like ADDIE and Bloom’s to deliver impactful, outcome-driven learning.
  • Gather feedback and data to refine and improve content continuously.

About you:

  • Experience in instructional or learning experience design.
  • Skilled with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and video tools.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory and learning design models.
  • Collaborative and user-focused, with a passion for inclusive education.
  • Bonus: experience with UX writing or behavioural design.
