Role Summary: This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join a growing team and gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities. You will work across three businesses, supporting campaigns, digital content, brand development, and events, while gaining hands-on experience in both B2B and corporate marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, social).
- Create and edit content for websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support the management and development of the company’s digital presence, including website updates and SEO.
- Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers (designers, printers, event companies).
- Support the execution and promotion of company events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Track, report and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Assist in managing the content calendar across all platforms.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaigns and positioning.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years' experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally within B2B or property-related industries.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
- Some experience in content creation – written, visual or video – for web and social.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles (email, social, basic SEO).
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
