Works include Fire Remediation, Rainscreen Cladding, Curtain Wall Glazing, Roofing Systems, Windows & Doors, External Wall Insulation. HQ based in SE London.
The Role - Head of Operations/Construction/Projects Director - Facade/Cladding
My client are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join their Facades & Cladding division.
- Main contractor experience, within remediation is preferable.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery on all projects. Working closely with the Division Director to ensure each project is programmed and delivered to the highest standards, overseeing procurement, quality, budget control, and client management. Demonstrating technical competency and a proven track record in overseeing multiple façade packages from Pre-Construction through to delivery on flagship projects.
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives. Manage the procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Comprehensive management of programmes from initiation to completion. Hold / oversee client and subcontractor meetings as necessary.
1 day in the office and full time site based (London).
