Lodha UK are seeking a commercially astute and analytically strong Financial Analyst to support the Real Estate business. You will work closely with the leadership team on development related modelling, such as P&L, IRR models, planning viability appraisals, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and interpret financial data and build financial models
- Make projections and analyse the results
- Manage junior banking relationships
- Carry out processes to manage advisors and stakeholders
- Produce financial analytical reports and present insights to the business
- Have your own budgetary controls and cost management strategy
- Coordinate and liaise with external company directors to manage the administration of group entities
- Liaise with tax consultants and implement guidance
- Review and improve financial processes and systems
What We're Looking For:
- Strong academic background in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as a financial analyst
- Previous Real Estate experience is a must
