About the Role:
Winner Recruitment, an award-winning, privately owned recruitment agency, is seeking a driven and highly organised Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support delivery across a portfolio of client sites. This is a field-based, hands-on role suited to a candidate with experience in workforce management, recruitment operations, and service delivery within the logistics or industrial sectors. Working both on-site and remotely, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and delivering an outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues efficiently
- Coordinate the recruitment, assessment, induction, and onboarding of candidates, including drivers and warehouse operatives
- Develop and implement daily workforce and transport plans in line with client requirements
- Maintain full compliance across all sites, including health & safety, legal obligations, and internal policies
- Manage all aspects of worker performance, including attendance, payroll queries, grievances, and retention
- Conduct investigations, disciplinary hearings, and performance management processes as required
- Report risks, opportunities, and site updates to the Regional Operations Manager
- Attend regular review meetings with client stakeholders to monitor service performance
Person Specification:
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
- Warehouse and/or driving recruitment experience is essential
- Proven experience in an operational, onsite coordination, or account management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to meet targets
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise a demanding workload
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel regularly between client locations
