What You’ll Do

  • You will play a key role in supporting and delivering our external communications strategy - building media relationships, supporting press activity, creating compelling content and collaborating across business functions.
  • Manage and coordinate the press office, working with internal stakeholders and PR agencies.
  • Draft and edit press releases, media responses, and thought leadership content.
  • Support media events, journalist visits, and campaign planning.
  • Track and report on media coverage.
  • Write blogs, LinkedIn articles, and website copy to spotlight our work and our people.
  • Assist with corporate communications including annual reviews, gender pay gap reports, brochures, and branded materials.
  • Support award entries, including research, writing, and design (InDesign experience a plus).
  • Work with our internal comms team on content for the intranet, staff magazine, newsletters, and internal events.
  • Help ensure colleagues are informed, inspired and connected to our brand values.
  • Liaise with teams across sales, marketing, HR, social value, and more.
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Contribute to broader marketing and comms campaigns as required.

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 years of experience in PR, media, or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ideally some exposure to Canva and/or InDesign (training available).
  • Experience working with third-party platforms (e.g. media monitoring, press tools).
