Our client, a leading beverages company, is hiring a Digital Merchandiser to execute digital strategies for all customer journeys, support the Merchandising department with reporting, data input and item/offer setup, and identify and resolve system and customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Analysing key product and category trends from internal and external search data and implementing trading opportunities.
- Monitoring search/category/landing page CTRs and CVRs and improving performance through A/B testing, page personalisation, ranking strategies and AI integration.
- Championing customer journeys and experience through the optimisation of promotional campaigns/pages online, relevance and usability of search and navigability of product range.
- Ensuring product details are captured, displayed and optimised effectively for customers, SEO and performance marketing.
- Working collaboratively with all commercial departments to simplify digital strategy and propositions.
- Ensuring all products are accurately listed and well represented with persuasive stories, accurate attributes and social proof.
- Briefing online creative and managing ad-hoc changes to the website, such as promotional information, content updates and product amends through Adobe Workfront.
Requirements
- Substantial digital merchandising or digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of the online customer journey and consumer behaviour.
- Demonstrable ability to interrogate data and make data-led decisions.
- Working knowledge of SEO and performance marketing.
- Experienced Microsoft Office user, especially Excel.
- Experience with Digital Merchandising or search/browse platforms.
- Experience with analytic tools like Adobe, PowerBI or Google Analytics.
- A passion for wine or a willingness to learn.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office in Theale. Our client offers an excellent remuneration package and excellent career progression prospects.
