We’re partnering with a purpose-driven healthcare communications agency to hire a Graphic Designer who’s ready to create work that truly matters. Our client is a long-established and award-winning agency specialising in health communications. They’re known for delivering innovative, accessible content that supports patients, healthcare professionals, and wider public health initiatives. They’re now looking for a Graphic Designer to join their creative team and help bring high-impact projects to life across digital and print formats.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of campaigns that aim to educate and support audiences across a variety of therapy areas. From patient education resources to clinical trial communications and brand-led campaigns, your work will directly contribute to improving lives. You’ll work closely with strategists, writers, animators, and healthcare professionals to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visual content – always with attention to detail and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, accurate visual designs across print, digital, and social platforms
- Translate complex scientific or healthcare messages into clear, easy-to-understand visuals
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure designs align with project goals and brand guidelines
- Maintain high standards of design, layout, and typography across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Provide input in creative sessions and problem-solve visual communication challenges
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role (experience in healthcare)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A portfolio that showcases design work across both digital and print media
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to present ideas clearly and respond effectively to feedback
- (Bonus) Experience in animation, video editing, or web design
You’ll be expected to work from the office 1–2 days per week, with the rest remote. The office is based just outside Cambridge (commutable from London and the surrounding areas).
