You will be working with a construction company specialising in high-end residential projects. With a portfolio that includes some of the most luxurious homes in London, with project values ranging from £1m to £5m. Your new role
They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include –
Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with high-end residential projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
A competitive day rate paid via LTD CIS or Umbrella. Please note we are unable to pay via Self-Employed CIS
