Latham & Bond Recruitment Group are recruiting for a well-established organisation within the education and data services sector, seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and execute their resourcing strategy. This role will drive forward talent acquisition across the business while supporting senior hires, employer brand activity, and wider people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership: Lead the development and implementation of a multifaceted recruitment strategy to attract high-calibre, diverse talent. Work closely with the Executive Director of People to align the acquisition strategy with business objectives. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business units to ensure the right resource is in place at the right time.
- Team and operational management: Provide hands-on leadership to the Talent Acquisition team. Manage recruitment activity across all business units, including senior and board-level hires. Monitor TA team performance and supplier usage to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
- Employer brand and EVP: Drive continuous improvement of the employer brand and Employee Value Proposition. Support external branding initiatives in collaboration with the employee engagement and EDI teams.
- Data, reporting, and improvement: Report on key attraction and recruitment metrics, using insight to inform ongoing strategy. Ensure recruitment systems and processes are optimised for candidate experience and internal efficiency.
Skills and Attributes:
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment across a variety of disciplines (tech, digital, corporate, etc.).
- Proven leadership of internal resourcing teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment trends, data, and market insights.
- Comfortable supporting executive-level hiring and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on capacity.
- Knowledge of employer branding and EDI recruitment initiatives.
- Commercial awareness and experience working within budget constraints.
- Experience developing and implementing selection tools and frameworks.
