Job Title: Compensation Analyst – EMEA

Location: Maidenhead SL6 (Initially 5 days/week in office, moving to hybrid 2–3 days/week)

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Reporting to: Regional Compensation Director – EMEA

Salary: £225/day (PAYE)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven Compensation Analyst to support the delivery of compensation programs across the EMEA region. This role will be key in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and data-driven insights that support strategic HR and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and support compensation processes, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and compensation survey participation.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across EMEA to review and recommend employee compensation structures, including base pay and target compensation.
  • Manage and coordinate the collection and submission of data for global compensation surveys.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle and other compensation-related projects as required.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate compensation trends and insights.
  • Maintain data accuracy across HR systems (Workday or similar), ensuring reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Perform data analysis using Excel, including use of VLOOKUPs and integration of multiple datasets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally within a medium to large organization, with exposure to EMEA compensation practices.
  • Experience or understanding of EMEA benefits administration is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and managing large datasets.
  • Experience using HRIS tools such as Workday.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
