The Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will support the execution of visual standards across our boutiques and contribute to creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the LUCA FALONI aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across stores
• Support product presentation, window displays, and in-store styling to align with brand identity
• Ensure consistency of visual standards across all touchpoints, including fixtures, lighting, and signage
• Collaborate closely with the retail, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback on visual execution
• Support in the planning and setup of store openings and promotional events

About You

• Experience or education in visual merchandising, retail design, or fashion is preferred
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling through product presentation
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Passion for menswear, luxury retail, and the LUCA FALONI brand
