The Role:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of talented staff.
3. Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and excellent operational execution.
4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their experience is memorable.
5. Manage budgets, control costs, and implement innovative strategies for growth.

1. Proven experience in a high-volume venue, ideally in a General Manager or senior management role.
