Role: Operational Resilience Manager (12 month FTC)

Location: London / Hybrid

Start: ASAP

Salary: £80-90k +

Our market leading Retail Banking organisation are looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to embed an Operational Resilience Framework to enable the bank achieve operational resilience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Devising and running operational resilience scenarios
  • Carry out Operational Resilience Self Assessments
  • Build awareness and understanding of Operational Resilience across the business

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk and Business Continuity best practice
  • Will have previous experience of setting up Operational Resilience frameworks
  • Retail / Commercial Banking experience
  • Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Practical Inquisitive mindset with strong problem solving ability
  • Background in Technology/Systems would be nice to have
