Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a 2-form entry primary school based in Northfield, Birmingham. The school are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team working in KS1. This is a general support role; the main responsibilities include: Classroom and lesson preparation Supporting students across all subject areas Supporting behaviour management Supporting children with additional needs Safeguarding Requirements: Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) Up to date safeguarding training (Can be provided where required) Experience of supporting learners in UK school settings Enhanced child workforce DBS (Can be provided where required) This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
