Deputy Manager – Children’s EBD Service Location: Northampton Salary: £33,500 per annum Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)? Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their 5-bed EBD service in Northampton. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. * Lead and manage the team, ensuring a high standard of care and support for the children. * Oversee the care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes. * Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, promoting personal development. * Work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
