HSE Advisor – Construction/Infrastructure – Shirley Parsons – Aylesbury

Location: Aylesbury / Home Counties region – permanent, full‑time.

Base pay: £35,000–£45,000 plus car allowance and bonus.

Role Overview

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for site inspections, accident investigations, developing and implementing health and safety policies, and ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and the Health and Safety at Work Act.

Key Responsibilities

• Site inspection and reporting
• Undertaking accident investigations where necessary
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HS and Risk policies
• Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act

Qualifications & Requirements

• NEBOSH certification at minimum
• CDM knowledge and understanding
• Experience within a construction, ideally M&E environment
• Full working rights in the UK and full UK driving licence
