For Companies Lounge Supervisor you will assist with the smooth operational running of the all-day dining service in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. Your tasks as Lounge Supervisor will include but will not be limited to:
- Assist with the smooth operational running of the all-day dining service.
- Have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them.
- Run and participate in briefings and team meetings; sharing any insights you may have for the team.
- To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards to exceed guest expectations.
- To support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome.
- To offer continued support, training and development to your team and to work collaboratively with them.
- To have thorough knowledge of The Lounge dining menu.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
