Graduate RF Test Engineer

We're looking for a Graduate RF Test Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the development and support of high-performance devices.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain RF/DC test systems for production environments
• Support the introduction of new product tests into manufacturing
• Perform RF test development (S-parameters, power, noise figure, etc.)
• Analyse test data and generate reports (SPC, wafer maps, statistical correlations)
• Troubleshoot test equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist and train technicians and production staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology and Reliability

What We’re Looking For:

• HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or a related field)
• Understanding of RF and DC testing
• Familiarity with test instruments such as VNAs, spectrum analysers, and noise figure meters
• Some experience with software development or scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
