A social housing provider is looking for a multiskilled bricklayer to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be covering an area starting in Grimsby and working over to Gainsborough so you’ll need to be based within these regions.
Working hours: 8-4:30, Monday to Friday

Your new role
Responsive repairs in occupied social housing properties across North & West Lincolnshire
Bricklaying, Joinery, Painting & Decorating, Wet trades/Plumbing
Customer facing role so handling tenant complaints and queries while on the job and aiming to help them where possible
Also working on the adaptations team which may involve installing ramps for wheelchairs, hand rails and wet rooms for example.
What you’ll need to succeed
NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying or Multiskilled Maintenance
Ideally you will have worked in a social housing or maintenance environment in the past
Full UK driving licence required
Must be able to pass a DBS check
Must be a friendly, adaptable and driven individual in order to provide the best service to our tenants at all times.
