Our client, a prestigious luxury department store in London, seeks a commercially minded and driven 1 - 3PQE lawyer to join its high-performing legal team. This is a rare chance to be part of a well-established, fast-growing organisation that champions innovation, excellence and strategic growth.

As a key member of the legal team, you will provide strategic, commercially focussed legal support across various areas, including commercial, corporate, IP, marketing and company secretarial matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering legal and strategic advice on a broad range of matters.
  • Working closely with the Group General Counsel, senior management, and business owners to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Managing company secretarial duties across the group.
  • Providing crucial support for dispute resolution and advising on IP matters.
  • Ensuring legal processes align with the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.

This role requires pragmatism, commercial awareness and a proactive approach within a high-performing environment.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ PQE, ideally trained at a leading law firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts.
