The Role

Number 1 in finance; Key member of the senior leadership team; Commercial business partner to all functions. The role has full responsibility for:

• Controllership
• FP&A
• Commercial support
• Compliance
• Direct input into strategy and operational improvement
• Leads a small, capable team
• Shapes financial performance across multiple revenue streams
• Exposure to M&A, investment decisions, and group-level relationships
• Broad, high-impact role with a clear path to FD

The Candidate

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA) with solid financial control experience
• Commercially minded, operationally aware
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder
• Hands-on leader with an eye for detail and delivery
