The Role:
- Lead and manage mechanical or electrical projects from planning to completion
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification
- Supervise cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and provide financial reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
- Allocate and manage personnel, materials, and equipment
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management

The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager
- Experience managing projects up to £3M (Mechanical)
- Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card
- SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC qualifications are advantageous
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willing to work on London-based sites most days
