The Role:

  • Lead and manage mechanical or electrical projects from planning to completion
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Supervise cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and provide financial reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
  • Allocate and manage personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management

  • 18+ years of experience in residential new build and refurbishment projects
  • Based in Kent with a strong order book for 2025
  • Specialises in domestic fit-outs and large district heat networks
  • Employs 30+ direct staff

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager
  • Experience managing projects up to £3M (Mechanical)
  • Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card
  • SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC qualifications are advantageous
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willing to work on London-based sites most days
