Customer Data Administrator • Studley • Permanent • Full-Time • Hybrid working • Salary circa £24,000 If you have experience in data analysis and customer service, this role may be for you. Our client, within the Studley, Warwickshire area, has an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has excellent customer service skills. They are offering a salary circa £24k along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, on-site parking and the potential to work from home 2 days per week! Day to Day duties as a Customer Data Administrator will include the following: Extracting data from Excel Spreadsheets for Customer Use Handling customer interactions effectively whilst adhering to company standards, procedures, and expectations Generate reports and extract information from the CRM and in-house systems. Dissecting problems and identifying solutions Deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and stakeholders. Maintaining spreadsheets and meeting team and individual objectives As a Customer Data Administrator, you will need the following qualities & experience: At least 2 years of experience of customer service/ administration Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proficient with Excel and data extraction Strong attention to detail and precision Strong problem solving skills What’s on offer for the successful Customer Data Administrator?
