WE Talent are supporting an organisation undergoing major transformation, who are seeking a People Change Consultant to lead to manage change initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal resistance. This is on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving organizational change through expert guidance and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve strategic transformation goals. This role is full time (37 hours per week) and working on a hybrid basis – 1 to 2 days in the office in Chelmsford. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and readiness plans. Lead complex change initiatives across various transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Utilize proven change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to deliver practical solutions that enhance business performance.
