The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a F&B Team Leader/supervisor who loves crafting incredible experiences. With a fantastic menu of carefully chosen food and drink options, we need someone to take the reins in whipping up delicious treats and serving our customers with style. You’ll also be the driving force in inspiring and coaching our crew to match your infectious vibe. Your main mission is to keep our customers safe and having an absolute blast!
About You:

We’re on the lookout for someone like you, armed with supervisory skills finely tuned for the lively Leisure/Hospitality Industry. If you’ve got hands-on experience in the food and beverage scene, that’s the icing on the cake! Your easy-going demeanour will make both customers and your team feel right at home. Your Duties:
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function
- Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B
- Always maintain brand and safety standards
- Administration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas
- Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
Please note: As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off.
