We are now looking for a talented and experienced International Congress & Events Manager to join our International Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover. This role will be instrumental in the planning and execution of strategic internal and external events across our international markets-from key diabetes congresses to team kick-offs and incentive trips.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver Insulet's participation in major international diabetes trade shows and congresses, including booth design, symposia planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Project manage internal events such as international sales kick-offs, team offsites, and incentive trips with a focus on excellence, engagement, and alignment to strategic goals.
- Own the end-to-end event lifecycle-from concept development and stakeholder alignment through to post-event wrap-ups and reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, budget oversight, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clinical, and leadership teams to align event activities with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements when engaging healthcare professionals and other external partners.
- Drive innovation in event strategy, leveraging creative ideas and best practices to improve event impact and attendee experience.
- Monitor and report on event budgets and KPIs, ensuring transparency and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing international, multi-stakeholder events-preferably in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously across regions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.
- Background in medical device or pharmaceutical industries, with knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
- Passion for customer experience, team culture, and innovation.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus.
