Warehouse Team Leader(Permanent, with Temp to Perm Option)Location: Feltham, Greater LondonSalary: £27,000 per annum (Permanent) | £14.00 per hour (Temp to Perm) + Bonus + OvertimeHours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible for overtime and weekends)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy ecommerce fulfilment operation in Feltham. This is a permanent position from day one, offering stability and career progression. However, for candidates who prefer a temp to perm route, that option is also available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of 3 warehouse operatives
• Oversee pick and pack operations for ecommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon)
• Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management
• Operate forklifts (valid certification required)
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Utilise Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, especially in ecommerce pick & pack
• Proven ability to manage a small team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WMS
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Certified forklift operator
• Hands-on, proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
