We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy ecommerce fulfilment operation in Feltham. This is a permanent position from day one, offering stability and career progression. However, for candidates who prefer a temp to perm route, that option is also available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of 3 warehouse operatives
- Oversee pick and pack operations for ecommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon)
- Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management
- Operate forklifts (valid certification required)
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Utilise Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, especially in ecommerce pick & pack
