RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this exceptionally proactive South Leicestershire based Accountancy Practice as they look to engage a Practice Manager. Commutable from Rugby, Leicester, Coventry and Tamworth, you join as the business continues on its organic and acquisition trail. If youre looking for a new challenge and a firm to grow with, then look no further, as you join them at this exciting time. Ideally, being ACA/ACCA qualified youll also be; A confident and competent individual with several years experience working in a busy Accountancy Practice.. Working closely with new clients and understanding needs whilst being a contact for current. Delegate work to Junior Staff and work with their mentoring and development Able to work on individual clients and report to the Partners. Interaction with clients daily by phone, email and face to face meetings. Assisting the Partners with portfolio management tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met. Assisting the firm with mentoring of Semi Senior/Seniorstaff. Working closely with other Managers within the business. The flexibility to help in other areas to ensure the smooth running of what is a busy Practice. Prior use of Iris Accounting suite, Sage, Xero & Microsoft office would be useful, but not essential.
