Quantity SurveyorPortsmouth (Office-Based) Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic construction business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, assisting with pricing, tendering, and estimating, while managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Support the MD with pricing and tender submissions. Prepare and manage estimates and cost plans. Oversee 2-3 live projects, with values ranging from £110k to £3m. Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts. Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time. About the Role Office-based in Portsmouth. Most projects are located in London. Specialising in cladding, roofing, and scaffolding. What We\’re Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction. Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Benefits Competitive salary: £50k – £75k DOE.
