Our client is seeking a driven, strategic, and well-connected Talent Agent to represent and grow a roster of digital creators and sports personalities. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for talent, a deep understanding of internet and sports culture, and the ability to broker high-value deals across brand partnerships, media, and entertainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent a select roster of digital creators, influencers, and athletes across social media platforms and professional sports.
  • Secure and negotiate endorsement deals, sponsorships, media appearances, licensing opportunities, and branded content campaigns.
  • Identify and sign emerging talent in the digital and sports spaces, with an emphasis on marketability and cross-platform potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand marketers, PR agencies, platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, etc.), and sports organizations.
  • Stay on top of trends in the creator economy, sports marketing, NIL rights, and platform algorithms to proactively create opportunities for clients.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in talent representation, sports management, or a related field.
